| Details: | STeP Conferences – November 1 - 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Students will be joining parents at the upcoming STeP (Student, teacher, parent) Conferences for their homeroom class as well as specialist classes. This is an important opportunity to demonstrate a partnership between parent and teacher and involve students in the process of setting goals. Parents can sign up in the parent portal on Tuesday, October 15, at 8:00 am for an interview slot with their child’s homeroom teacher and the Specialist teachers. Sign up closes on October 30 at 3:00pm. Specialist teachers will be available to meet with parents who to connect with the teachers at this point in the year. Specialist teachers will have 5 minutes slots available, which will serve as a brief personal introduction. If you have more than one child in the Junior School, parents will need to click on each child separate to book interview slots with teachers. There will be no school or After School Care on Thursday November 1, in order to accommodate a full day of STeP Conferences. |
