| Details: | Bonjour parents! It’s soon time to go to the market! Grades 3-5 will take part in a French Market, ‘le Marché Français’, as a year-end culminating experience on Thursday, June 13th. At the market, students will only speak French and will practice the vocabulary necessary for buying and selling in a traditional market style setting. Each student has been gathering “French points” throughout the year for speaking French in class and can now exchange them for goods at the market. Any baked goods parents can contribute to the market would be greatly appreciated. Please remember that we are a nut-free school. It would be helpful for food to be identified as gluten, egg or dairy free as we have students with these allergies. If you could RSVP with a description of your baked offering by June 10th to emily.deslaurier@smus.ca, that would be greatly appreciated.
