| Details: | Closing Ceremony - June 20 - 1:30 – 3:00 pm – Senior School Campus (large gym) The Junior School Closing Ceremony is Thursday, June 20 at 1:30 sharp and ends at approximately 3:00 pm. The Closing Ceremony is held at the Monkman Athletic Complex at the Senior School. All students will be bussed to the Senior School campus before the ceremony and will be dismissed to their parents from the Senior School campus. All students (K-5) attend the Closing Ceremony and Number One Uniform is required. There will be a rehearsal in the morning at the Junior School and after the rehearsal, students will have their regular soup/sandwich lunch order distributed. Students that do not have hot lunch orders will need to bring their lunch in a recyclable bag. We do not want the children to bring any bags/backpacks to school on Thursday, June 20, as there is no place to store backpacks at the Senior School. Please provide your child with a snack that is contained in a paper recyclable bag, if not having hot lunch. At the Closing Ceremony, each student and grade will be recognized, and the Grade 5 students are celebrated for their contribution to the Junior School. There will be a reception for students (K-5) and their families following the ceremony, in the quad area at the Senior School. If it is raining, the reception will be held in the adjacent gymnasium. |
