| Details: | Grade-wide school trip to Camp Barnard Scout camp in Sooke BC. This is a residential experience highlighting group dynamics, outdoor living skills, environmental awareness and Indigenous culture. This program is designed to continue the environmental focus established in Grade 5 while at the same time introducing important outdoor living skills in a residential setting. The importance of group dynamics is stressed through team-building exercises. |
